FAQ’S
How can I prevent puckering or stretching when attaching borders?
Be sure to measure carefully, cut with precision, and pin thoroughly to avoid stretching the fabric while sewing.
Can I customize the border with appliqué or other embellishments?
Absolutely! Adding appliqué elements like stars or moon phases can enhance the eclipse theme and make your quilt unique.
Should I use pieced or plain borders for an eclipse quilt?
Both work well! Pieced borders can add complexity, while plain borders can emphasize the central design. It depends on the desired effect.
