As I mentioned before when I shared this free Christmas Embroidery Design— I love to spend the evenings during the holidays stitching embroidery. There is something about stitching while watching a few christmas shows, the tree all glowing with lights.
And, just because the holidays are quickly approaching, it doesn’t mean we still can’t be working on something Christmas like. The collections of hand embroidery designs feature: christmas trees, santas, reindeer, elves, stockings and more. Plenty to choose from and keep your needle stitching late into the night.

Don’t forget that you can easily use coloring pages for embroideries any time of year. Simple pick the coloring page with little detail– remember that the more detail the more stitching you will be doing.
Print the coloring page the correct size– you will want to check what size you are printing that page at. You will be directly copying that design, so printing it to the size you’d like is easier that trying to scale it down. Use a light box or tape the design to the window and trace the design to your fabric. Stitch away!

I was looking for an easy pattern of a bird to paint in watercolours and to my good luck my search brought me to your site. Thank you for sharing your free patterns for the Christmas Season. These are very sweet and would make wonderful tags and cards. I am a retired teacher who now has time to have some fun with art and I really appreciate your willingness to share your ideas. I would only use your patterns for my family and friends. Referencing your name, would I have your permission to use these patterns for personal use?
I wanted to download the diamond patterns but couldn’t find them anywhere? Please help.
