Welcome to The Round Robin Edition 24 – Fun Summer Holiday Sewing.
happy monday.
in the sewing room
I have been working on a quilt block for a fun quilt along by Amanda Herring Designs– Friendship Quilt Along. Not sure why I wanted to try needle turn again, but that’s what I chose. I think I need to stick to machine applique! It’s so much quicker and less fussy.
But, I do have to say that I don’t mind the technique. Soon a new tutorial will be coming out to show you how you stitch on the wrong side…and then stitch on the right side. Sounds tricky, but it’s pretty slick how it works.
Doing any hand stitching lately? What is your project?
