When you hit the store and you are all excited to finally find a piece of fabric that would work perfectly for your project…but you can’t remember the cut size….I have a solution for you!
How about a yardage chart for fabric!
This handy little chart will help you remember that yes if you need 1/8th of a yard then you ask for a cut size of 4 1/2″ wide X width of fabric.
You know those sizes that we should all know but don’t. The ones that we probably use every day that we sew, but have the darndest time remembering! Why do number elude me when it comes to fabric yardage?
Well- elude me no more!
Download the pdf file for this project from my free resource library.
Get the password for the library including this free pattern!
Let me help you sound smart at the cutting table!
You can download it….and share it with your friends {there is more than one on the page so you can share your smartness}.
Oh, and if you’d like to be super smart. Print off the pre-cut fabric yardage card.

Thanks! I’ve never had a problem remembering any of them, but I’m getting older and the day is coming when I will!

I am looking for your Yardage Card (1/8 yd to 1 yd) and can’t find it in your Resource Library. I’m a volunteer with the Quilts of Valor Foundation (Spokane WA) and I would like to provide these cards to our members at our National Sew Day on 1 Feb 2020. Thank you for your assistance.
