The block today for the Round Robin is a Granny Squared Quilt Block by Elizabeth of Simple Simple and Company.
I have always been a fan of the granny square in crochet. I occasionally pick up the hooks– and this is a great go to crochet pattern.
With quilt blocks, this can become one of your go-to quilt blocks. Keep the center the same color for a consistancy –or use scrap fabric for a no rhyme or reason kind of block.
Either way this is a great one for using smaller fabric scraps.
