Today I’m excited to talk about the Kismet fabric line by Tammy (fyi- she was a designer for the IAQ in the past!).
Her fabric line is with Island Batik. It is so full of color and is the perfect thing for spring quilting.
Everything around us is kind of drab….and we are just emerging into the Spring weather- yay!
This fabric was the perfect combination for the Blooming Baskets quilt which was the quilt featured in the 2020 Patchwork Planner.

The colors are so vibrant and fun! It really was so much fun to use in the quilt.
In addition to the fabric, there is a thread collection as well to match!!! The colors are PERFECT!
You should really get yourself a pack of these if you use color in your quilting.

My favorite would be 821902883! I love the print and the colors in this fabric.
I think that 821904880 would be my favorite. Like Italian Ices, so many choices to use as accents.

821905612 is my favorite color!! I have never used this color for anything, ever!!! Not even close to teal, which is my favorite color!! But I really want to play with 821905612!!!

My favorite is 5875. The soft blending of colors is an abstract I could get lost in. The possibilities of what or where it is, a journey in a print.

821904455 the way the color so finely stands out against the dark, it was difficult as I loved all the colors
What a great mix of colors to choose from! My color choice is #821902883 as there are several colors in the mix for coordinating with other quilt fabrics.

My favorite colors are purple and teal. I have challenged myself to step out of my comfort zone and use colors that are totally opposite.
My favorite is 821901884. I love the mixture of different colors of blue. They are all very pretty and bright. I would love to make a patchwork tacked quilt using all of them. I think it would be a beautiful quilt.
