This whole year has been fun! I have totally loved coming up with new ideas for quilt blocks or finding inspiration by others.
This one is by far one of my favorites. The options really go when you use different sized quilt blocks.
Tutorial for the Envelope Bag can be found on Buzzing and Bumbling
Materials needed:
Quilt Block 10-12″ or whatever you have on hand
Batting
Binding
Button
When you make this– pay attention to the binding. See how it showing pretty clearly? It really can make or break the bag, so watch that!
You might want to audition a few options before you sew it on.
Another thing to think about- your quilting design. And, if you are sewing this quilt block to make the bag, you might want to consider using a quilt as you method.
