This free pattern is Ribbon Bugs Stuffies! They are super easy and a great pattern for beginners. The free sewing pattern has templates for both– the Lady bug and the bee.
Their construction couldn’t be any easier– use up your fleece fabric scraps {they are 5″ X 7″ in size}, grab some ribbon for the wings and antenna, and some embroidery floss.
If you have a little someone who is just learning how to sew, this would be a great pattern to learn on!

Materials Needed:
fleece
ribbon
poly fil stuffing
Use what scraps you have to customize your bug. You can make monsters, butterflies…whatever you think of- starting with the basic shape and idea. Let your fabric inspire your bug!
Put little rattles inside, or a bell. So when they get shaken they make a little noise.
They are ready to go on any kind of adventure too!
