Working on a little something fun for a new little one coming this month. Just a sneaky look at it right now— this is what it looks like when I have to choose thread for the machine quilting parts.
The backside is a red fabric…so the top thread and the bobbin thread will be different, which is tricky. Haven’t decided yet which one to use. Need to soon as this is on a deadline!

If you haven’t seen the extra amount of ads and such for shark week- you are missing something crazy!
Did you even know there was such a thing? I didn’t until a couple of years ago.
What’s fun is I have a boy who used to love sharks…I think he still does, just secretly now. 😉
So to break up your sewing quilts all the time vibe, here’s some fun shark projects. I’m pretty sure there will be someone who would love a little shark something.

grey -or your choice of color- fabric scraps
lite interfacing
red fabric- lining
white zipper 7
pinking shears
