Today Beth from Eva Paige Quilt Designs has come up with a wonderful pattern for the 3rd row.
Now that we are over the watermelon kick– moving onto slices of fruit! I love them! especially the half ones. Those are great!
Beth's info about the row:
I'm this week's designer in the "Summer Picnic" row quilt project over at www.patchworkposse.com/blog/blog/blog, and so far the other two designers have both stuck with the watermelon theme. Not being a huge fan of summer, I really couldn't decide what to design my row with that would reflect any sort of longing for a season wherein I usually want to commit hari kari twice a day. A straightjacket just didn't seem terribly appropriate.
Beth is taking on February like there is no tomorrow with her Drop and Give me twenty month….phewy! you go girl!
Participants are joining me in a month long quiltalong where we all took a vow to quilt for at least 20 minutes a day for the entire month of February. It's been a blast to see what everyone isdoing and accomplishing and I've really been amazed by how much this has increased my blog readership! Anyone can join in at any time through the end of the month. You can check out more info here and the photos of all those sewing projects getting done here.
