The time has come for a fun mystery quilt along!
This is a yearly tradition inside my quilting community (every quilter is invited to join).
The fall quilt along is always a Mystery… so nothing will be leaked until the final step is revealed.
But, for now – we can chat about the fabric.
Materials for the Mystery Quilt will go live on September 1st – so you have enough time to join us and then dig through your stash before the actual sewing begins.
There will also be a video where I chat about the fabrics that I am using, plus some additional examples of fabrics from my stash that would work as part of the quilt.
I am a big supporter of using your stash. I know we take great pride as quilters of our stash and collection, so it’s time to sew using it!
The pattern will be released inside the IAQ in September.
Here’s a quick look at the materials I have chosen – I went with solids. gasp. Not my usual pick, but I thought – why not?!
You are welcome to choose your own fabric and in the video I share a few thoughts of fabrics from my stash that could work as well.
Each step of the quilt along will include:

- video walking you through sewing the block together
- final reveal
- full pattern pdf
