I I have been Sewing since I was 8 years old {my first sampler}. My first official quilt was finished in 1997 and it is ‘history’ as they say it since.
I have 4 kids at home who help inspire my designs.
I L O V E to sew! I started quilting with a big girls machine in 2010. I love to design quilts, bags, but my favorite is dolls and stuffed animals.
I collect buttons, lace and ric-rac. I love tall socks, but have a had time finding ones that fit my ‘athletic’ calves…thanks dad.
I have a quirky sense of design that I hope you love just as much as I do! Feel free to ask questions, leave a comment or sew along with me.
It’s always funner to sew in groups.

FACEBOOK: I use Facebook fan page to highlight blog posts that I love, quick updates– doll, quilt designs..fabric choices… that I’d like to get some feedback on, funny tidbits that you might find just as funny while on your sewing break, and special features/links that I have found and just have to share.
PINTEREST: I am just getting the hang of Pinterest. Just diving straight in and holding my breath! I check out who is following me, and spread the pin love. I tend to pin a lot in the Doll, Plush boards or the Quilting and Design Boards. Really it just depends on my mood and interest for the day!
TWITTER: I am not sure that I can tell you what happens here. I share– whatever! I connect with you and others, I do quick shout outs during the day, share things happening on the blog, retweet what I find interesting. You will find short little snippets of happenings….it’s always a surprise!
