Free Bat Pattern for Halloween

Free Bat Pattern for Halloween

I dug around in the archives the other day and found that at one time I had posted a free Bat Pattern!

These guys are great for this time of year.  They can be hung on a string or ribbon like a banner, out of trees, tossed through the air, on the front door hanging out as decoration or whatever you might have in mind.

Grab some crazy colors with a matching fabric and you are ready for some Halloween bat fun!free bat pattern by hand sew quick stitch

The bats are from my ‘quick stitch’ collection.  I have put them all in an e-book…. all 9 patterns. They are the answer to learning to hand sew for little fingers {or older ones too}.  The shapes are simple, some of them have special features {like the snail with the removable coat}, and use a little bit of felt, buttons, stuffing, and some fabric accents.

My kids have made a few….but they mostly just love playing around with them.

I know the free bat pattern is great, but did you see all the other available in the book?  *OWL * HEDGEHOG * SNAIL + BABY * BAT * BUNNY * ROCKET, ALIEN & ASTRONAUT * MONSTER * BUTTERFLY * SQUIRREL *

Each of them has their own little personalities and are super quick to sew up, even though they are sewn by hand.  Templates are 100%- no need to resize.  Illustrated instructions/diagrams and step by step instructions.

Time to have some fun with a few little plushies– the owl is a great one to sew up next for the Fall Season –or stitch him up in white and he is a snow owl!
