I met Jen last year during quilt market. In fact we had roomed together for a couple of days. She is one talented gal. She has a great eye for color and design. In addition to designing patterns, she is also the founder of Sew South Retreat.

The block today for the Round Robin is a Granny Squared Quilt Block by Elizabeth of Simple Simple and Company. I have always been a fan of the granny square in crochet. I occasionally pick up the hooks– and this is a great go to crochet pattern.
