Girls– can i just tell you something? I am soooo on OVERLOAD!!! I arrived home on Sunday and hit the bed. Didn't come out but a few times to distribute a few presents to the kids, eat a few fish sticks and return again to the room.
Do you do that after being gone? I feel a little bad– but seriously I couldn't do it. Emotionally and Physically I am exhausted. It might have something to do with not leaving a building for 4 days- no sun. no vitamen D. Might have to sit outside and soak it in for a bit this week to make it up.
That only means though that I had the best time of my life!!! I networked with a ton of girls– businesses, sewers, bloggers and all around spec-tac people. There were smiles everywhere to greet you. There was a warm fuzzy feeling and buzz in all the rooms. We were all excited to be there and learn, grow, chat and connect with each other. I am so happy I went. And that I spoke on the panel. I gleaned a bunch off of everyone. Loved that.
I thought today I would share my little bag of cards that I had collected from everyone there. Mind you, there were over 800 attending so the list is much shorter than that…but there were a few who followed me around to my classes {hi girls} not that I was famous or anything– but that we were there for the same reasons and apparently had the same interestes too! lol And the famous thing- I was a noone compared to who you rubbed shoulders with. Mary Janes Farm, Holly Becker, Stacey Julian, Dottie Angel, Kelly Rae Roberts….the list goes on! These girls took classes with us {if they weren't teaching}, spoke with us, took pictures of us and it was totally wonderful! Everyone felt connected, and really noone was better than the other.
