I think that this is one lesson that I have a hard time remembering— because I did it again.
I cut the small pieces first and now, yup…..I don't have enough for the large blocks.
I new better- didn't I?
Of course—- I bought the fabric when I was up in Rupert Idaho and cut all the salvages off like a good little girl. ugh. See the issue?
So, now I carry around one block in the purse……just in case I stumble upon some brown that just might work.
It is one block from the quilt I am working on from Material Obsession. Can't wait to show it off!!! But, you'll just have to wait till the hunt is over…and the piecing can continue.
