Quilts on the Double

This week I tried really hard girls. I worked on getting something finished and let me tell you what I have ended up with—- A big MESS!!!

These little ends have been such a pain! Of course, it doesn't help that I have searched everywhere for the book {let me just tell you a secret- i just glanced left and sitting on top of the computer tower- yup, the book. ugh what the heck? I have tossed and turned over where the _cr__p did it go?!!! } ok. moving on.

So, I did things on my own…and need a little bit of help, guidence and opinion on this one. I didn't have the book to show me how to piece these end pieces together. So I winged it and tried a few different layouts and stuff.

This is what I will have if i decide to piece them together like they are:

A super funky pinwheel. But, after I trim them down they will end up to be around 4-5 inches square. Is it worth it? It will make a doll size.

Is it too weird? Funky? I mean tell me the truth here. The centers don't match….there will be a lot of blue ones…..and I have this pile to square up {you know how square up is a pet peeve to me}

Should i just give up and move onto something more appealing?
