My House has the Chicken Pox

I mean that in the literal sense too. Take a look:

This is what your walls look like when you start patching them. Reminds me of Caladril when you have the chicken pox, doesn't it? So, for future note, don't allow the children to use pvc pipe bows and arrows on the wall. Apparently they leave a lot of dents. :)     Good thing they all get a little bit of paint when dried and sanded nicely.  It's the start of slimming the house down and a bunch of Spring cleaning. Any suggestions? Hints? Helps?

And— Just so you don't think that I have totally lost it to the chickens……I quilted this for Marilyn:

This is a Jellystone Park pattern for a Jelly Roll. cute huh?

She likes swirls…. so that is what she got. + she added a big piece on one end {that is on purpose}

to tuck under the pillows…so you couldn't really quilt any pattern persay in the pieced area.

Love it. Love the pattern.  Once you get it going it is a pretty easy pattern for beginners.

pst- tomorrow, no chicken news. I promise!  It's Focus Friday!
