I just can't do it!!!

I can't stay away long. I swear.

I like coming here and chatting with myself {hoping others are listening}. 

I have to have a place to talk outloud and sort things out.

So, there ya go.

I did a bit of quilting for my cousin {big machine quilting}

Didn't it turn out way cute? She called me when she was picking out fabric, so i of course ran down to the store and helped.  We chose good didn't we? She picked the pattern out at the shop too. Not sure who the designer is but it is a fairly easy pattern for beginners. There are a few embroidery and applique {she did different flowers} but very doable.

I have another quilt for her on the machine- even as I speak. {not being quilted though…i am still dreaming of the computerized machine}

Let me tell you what I have been doing for the last few days….work, work, work.  I have had a heavy hand and I am getting rid of a lot! It is all going out the door- well, the front door to the lawn on saturday really.  Yard SAle}  I must sell it so I can buy myself something. You always have to have an incentive don't you? shhhh don't tell the honey.

Because of all this sorting, I haven't gotten the machine out of the travel bag since the retreat! Aren't I a horrible mom? I hope she will forgive me— tomorrow I have some sewing plans.
